Shipping:

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Services & sent from Western Australia. Please be patient as our office is in a rural area of Australia so parcels may take slightly longer to reach there destination. We send our packages from Monday-Friday & do not ship on public holidays or unless stated otherwise.

Australia wide orders - $12.95 Flat Rate

Oolah orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post Express Service, within 48 hours of your order being received. Once your package has been sent, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Although this is an express service, parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.

-For orders placed in Metro Areas, Please allow 2-5 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
-For orders placed in Rural areas, please allow up to 3-7 working days for your parcel to be delivered.

Please ensure that all personal & postage/shipping details entered are correct as any incorrect information will result in the parcel being returned to sender and you will be liable for the extra posting costs to send it back to your correct postal address.

International orders - $25 Flat Rate

Oolah International orders are sent by Australia Post Service, within 48 hours of your order being received. Once your package has been sent, you will receive a tracking number and details via email.

-For International orders placed, Please allow 7-10 working days for your parcel to be delivered.

Please note the responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes & duties payable in your region.

Purchasing from our online store, indicates that you understand & agree to the risk of purchasing online which can include the risks of orders not arriving by the estimated delivery times, or the unusual circumstances of an order being misplaced during the delivery process.

We take all steps possible to assist with missing deliveries, however we do not refund or credit for orders if they have been addressed correctly, as per your order & go missing in the delivery process. Please contact us if you wish to include insurance for the cost of your order, as this will incur an extra fee.

Whilst all care is taken, Oolah takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel if you are choosing to return your items as you will need a Returns Number.

For Returns & Exchanges Items must be returned in there original saleable condition with original tags attached. Items must not have been washed, worn or altered. Please indicate the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or a refund.

There is no returns/exchanges or refunds on sale items. Refunds are available for all full priced items only.

Return Shipping is payable by the customer and MUST be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe & documented delivery.

We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of postage.

The original shipping charges are not refundable &, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.

Refunds:

Oolah has the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. We will Credit your original method of payment within 10 working days of return of your item/item’s less the original shipping charges. The cost of all return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
